So far I don't have much of a story laid out just yet but I do have planned out that the main character was sealed away in a far away kingdom because his magic was too powerful, and he wants revenge. But he needs to energize the 4 Sacred Orbs (like the orbs of Earth, Fire, Water, and Air in FF1) to get back, and he doesn't know what awaits him because it's been 2000 years since he's been home (again, 2000 years from FF1 for how far back you go to fight Chaos), so he'll need help ...
